The easiest compilation to obtain that contains it, ...
is Tommy Boy Records,
"Freestyle's Greatest Beats: The Complete Collection" Vol-9.
I'm pretty sure you have seen this 1 thru 10 volume. All black with a 3-D color ball on the top left with the volume # on it.
You should be able to find it at any major music shop, or online @ CDnow.com, or Amazon.com.

The version featured on the Tommy Boy CD is an edited (shortened) version of the Radio Mix (It only about 3 mins long). You are better off finding a copy of FREESTYLE'S GREATEST GROUPS, VOL. 2 (Micmac Records) if you can. It contains the full length Radio Version
