okie dokie......having mic mac back is just wat the doctor ordered.....i would love to see some freestyle and club music back on track....some of the best stuff i ever heard in my life came from mic mac!!!..word up!!!.......and mickey.....if u need some interns to get u coffee......gimme a call!!!...no really!!!!

Let me say that it is so over whelming to see so many posts on this thread so far. To know that so many Fans, Friends, Artist(s), Record Executives (US & Overseas), Retail Buyers, Distributors, Radio Executives, Radio DJ’s,Club DJ’s, Trade Publication Editors, Reviewers and Interviewers have contacted me so far in less than one week to give me there blessings if I decide to re launch MICMAC records in 2002. ALL BECAUSE OF THIS ONE THREAD….. WOW… I am Totally shocked!!!
JACK G, I did not know the POWER of posting here on Club Freestyle until I finally started this tread. You have an excellent web site here! This is a place where people can come together and share music along with new ideas and meet new friends. This is also a very informative place on the internet for FREESTYLE MUSIC. I have to give you much respect Jack for putting together this web site for FREESTYLE MUSIC and for the people that love this music as much as you and I do. I think this web site along with all the Moderators, Artist and CF Members are all here because they not only love FREESTYLE MUSIC but there here because they love being at home and CF makes you feel like if you are at home.
The only reason I posted this thread is to see if there would be some interest from everyone that visits this web site about me re launching MICMAC RECORDS and not to BRING BACK FREESTYLE MUSIC, Because FREESTYLE MUSIC has never gone away. But only to see what everyone thought.
Well, My wheels have been turning at 100 miles per hour with very little to no sleep and I’ve been meeting with all kinds of people about the re birth of MICMAC. My personal feeling is that I refuse to go in to this major venture unless I know for sure or I feel very strongly that it has a good to great shot of being more successful than it ever was. I’m starting to get those feelings again.. I’m gonna need the support and all the help I can get from all of you if and when the ball starts to roll with new product.
ABOUT MICMAC RECORDS, INC. Please don’t ask me questions about how long, When will it happen or when can we expect anything new from MICMAC etc. JUST TRUST ME, I am working my rear end and sleeping only 4 to 5 hours a day including naps to bring this company back for all of us. But it’s gonna take some time. Hopefully NOT TO LONG!
When the PRESS RELEASE is posted here from me is when it will happen and I promise you, It’s gonna be BIG!!! To launch this company, It’s going take MAJOR PLANNING and I have to set up MAJOR DISTRIBUTION before this can happen.
I’m not gonna be asking you for anything but support. You don’t have to send me any $money$ so that I can press anything and you don’t have to be any different to be my friend. Just be yourself and if you have something for me to listen to,

Also, WE HAVE A FEW NEW ARTIST(S) that have been recording what I believe will be the new FREESTYLE MUSIC of the 2002’s AND BEYOND but I know that there are loyal old school FREESTYLERS here that want there music like it was. John Parker. It’s great to know that you and I are from the old school of Kings Borough Community College and we’re both in the same business. John and I worked at the same radio station WKRB B91 in 1986 I believe and we both had a radio shows there. Yeah CF, I was a DJ at one time.. lol John thank you so much for the LOVE, RESPECT and SUPPORT buddy. I have a picture of us that I took in Miami in March at the Winter Music Conference, Did I send that to you yet ?….. For those of you who don’t know John Parker, He is the Promotion Man for ROBINS ENT.
Nyasia Nyasia Nyasia… lol I don’t have to give you any hype here babe.. But I will say that Nelson Cruz has done a wonderful job with all his productions for you and I always thought you guys were a perfect combination in the studio. Look what came out of it. It worked!!! But the best time I ever had with Nyasia is when Matt Facchini and I wrote and produced “I’m The One” for you.. We had a great time doing that song. Hey, You never know.. Maybe Nyasia can be a great candidate for the new MICMAC.
Latin Nation… Alex, I don’t know you that well as a personal friend but every time I see you out or I post anywhere, You always treated me with Prestige and I don’t ever forget things like that. Thanks for all the LOVE, RESPECT and SUPPORT buddy.
As far as all the new friends I’m making here and the FANS, The CF Members, I am emotionally touched by all your kindness, The Love, the Support and most of all THE RESPECT and the TIME YOU INVEST in front of your computers, To share how you feel about me, about MICMAC and most of all about FREESTYLE MUSIC and the artist you love with a passion. This is so exciting I can't wait to hear more news. Mickey "I'm The One" is my favorite song from Nyasia, I tell her that all of the time. I was even lucky enough to have her sing it to me accapella at one of her shows!! I don't know if you heard her song "I Feel The Way You Do," she wrote it herself and shows her progression musically and she definitely would be a great candidate for the new MicMac!! Keep the great news coming!
