LMAO, I remember that movie FreeJack!..lolol but I am in agreement with you. Freestyle was already up but Mickey did have alot of influence in the genre back then, that can definitely not be taken away from the man.

Cynthia, Jhonny O,Nyasia, Tonasia,Two without Hats, Rios Sisters, Eileen Flores, Soave, Body & STyle, Abby Lynn, Solid, Clear Touch, Charlie Baby, Charlie Rock, Face, early production of Judy Torres,EXO,TPE, &MORE, Tiana.

I mean all of these groups on one label, they knew how to put them out.

actaully make that every freestyle artist, whether on micmac or cutting, or fever, or any other independant label.
I remember one artist saying that thanks to her fans she would never have to work again, as if working was a bad thing, andn ow she is doing jsut that..

Kenny I don't think so bad that they need to work two jobs, I don't work two jobs? but I do work to support my family like a responsible adult. Cynthia has always worked, abby lynn worked, the Rios sisters had been teachers for the longest...get the pic? these women were smart enough to know that this industry will not keeep food on our tables, at least not now. And it's not just that they are old school, or have nothign new, it's also this busted ass economy ain't nothing out there, so until shit turns around people have to live somehow right? Just like you guys who don't have a career in the music industry, you work to survive right?

its sort of funny 15 yrs ago wanted to get into the music biz on the production side wanted to cash in on my passion for music and great hearing even went to school for recording interned at 2 studios even had 2 sessions that i got paid for one was for the music for 89 summerslam pay per view

It is time for this thread to be RETIRED.

That whole "Same Date" thing cause allot of drama.
It did prove an important point. No matter which event you attended,
you Enjoyed the Great Freestyle Sound. You enjoyed to being with
great people.

It is very important for fans of Freestyle to support the events
and the people who make it all happen both online and off.

A little Drama or Battle of The Events/Sites does provoke interest into our Genre
which is Very Much needed. This is extremely important for us But we also must
draw the line somewhere.

I suggest that we Don't follow the trends of Hip Hop in terms of wars and drama,
but Do follow the huge possibilities of Freestyle and show the world that Freestyle
is #1 all around Genre.

This thread will be closed shortly. Thanks to everyone who continues to
support Freestyle.

like it's a bad thing?..lol OH please give me a freaking break, when they are too old to be on stage and looking as busted as I have seen a few look, they gonna wish they had somethign to fall back on, cayuse I doubt they have made it that big in freestyle that it will hold them for life, and if they say they are then they straight up lying, lets not be so gullible please. unless they have invested in thier own business, which is still working outside of the business.

What is Looking Busted. This must be east coast style. When I read this, I pictured Larry Holmes vs Gerry Cooney, it is that kind of busted, or do you mean broke. This is learning moment for me =)
