I got a tad bored & I didn't see this question on previous therads so here goes:

I was listening to 'Asi (Salsa Mix)' by Jon Secada in my car yesterday & I said to myself, "this nig would sound GREAT singing Freestyle".

So my question is: Who in the entire music industry would U LOVE to hear on a Freestyle track. U know my choice.

Also I think:

the fat dude from Son By Four and
98 Degrees (don't laugh, it WOULD sound good)

would sound great too!
 
I would definetly have to agree on the fat guy from son by four that now went solo he has voice that will pop up any chart spanish , english, pop, freestyle, salsa r& b he will definetly be a hit
 
98 Degrees? Nsync? Are u CRAZY! That would be THE final stab in the back that kills freestyle FOR GOOD! C'MON NOW!!!

I also agree...Jon Secada....Just Another Day had that "slow" freestyle thing going....hhhmmm...maybe he should re-release it as a freestyle jam!! 😛
 
I would say Jennifer Lopez and Ricky Martin after they are latin/ and for non latin Janet Jackson/ which to me her new song (Someone to call my lover) has a freestyle vibe.....and Madonna. but I must agree with DLG especially w/ Luis Damon now being in the group/perfect fit...

she got the voice, looks, talent, moves...she's a total package.

I say J-Lo and maybe Craig David. (he could do like an Underdog roject kinda freestyle, combinging r&b and freestyle.)
 
I would have to sy J-lo I mean have u heard her voice in "Waiting for tonight" I have no word's but that's my opinion.😀 😉

Well we all know how radio in various markets hate to say the word "FREESTYLE" even though they play it.... If Nsync or Britney were to do a Freestyle song I bet you they would say its "POP" all of the sudden.... Damb, I hate when people DONT KEEP IT REAL in radio....😡
 
Well I think what Britney & N-SYNC sing these day is just a bad rip-off of freestyle anyway. the idea is the same. It's just over produced & commercialized the way they do it.

someone i could seriously see doing some freestyle mixes is craig david (someone mentioned him before)

he has the perfect voice...and it matches the beat
 
I personally can't STAND J.Low (Oh, I spelled that right, believe me). Too overrated for the little talent she has, nonetheless, she might not sound TOO bad on a Freestyle track. (did I just say that???)

That song by 98 Degrees "Una Noche" sounds Freestyle-ish to me & I think they would sound fantabulous singing Freestyle (& maybe calling it "Pop muzik" >nyuk, nyuk<)

Anyone ever see that movie "Ms. Congeniality"??? there's a song in there that sounds a little like Freestyle/dance called "One In A Milion" by Bossom (it's in one of the show scenes). Homeboy can sing & he sounds like a Freestyle singer too. If U don't know what I'm talking about "fuhgetaboutit".
