DAMMM.......I LOVE IT!!!!! I can feel myself dancing to it right now!! its totally fresh!! it has the perfect house beat. face it........if you guys want a freestyle sound, this may be the only thing you will get from the greatest freestyle trio ever. i like it. they are making a comeback with a great sound. you guys reamed them for "when will i hear you again" because it was too old school freestyle.
now, the same people that taunted them for the old sound are doing the same thing all over again for doing a new sound with a todays beat.
Nice song..the production was tight. Only thing I dont like is that the lyrics are a little too repetetive. Not everything has to be freestyle this song just shows they handle diversity very well.
I dont want to sound confrontational to no one on this board, especially when I am new to this site, but I aggre w/ Kenny when When I will see you again, came out everyone dogged them on this board, and that I know because I would read the post/ w/out joining, and everyone said that it was lame or that Kayels vocals sounded as if he was reading it from a book, or what ever, but why we as freestyle fans always rush to judgement when we complaing that not enough freestyle is being made...or the we wish that the old school freestyle artist would come back, but then again they try to come back and just because they do something that is not freestyle, we as fans totally ignore them and bashed them. I havent heard the song, cause right now I am at work, but when I get home I will downloaded and I hope that when I go see them tonight in Boston they sing the song and see what kinda response the group gets from the crowd.
And by the way I thought it was creative when they sampled pieces of Play at your own risk on When I will see you again.
So lets dogging them and show our support......Not everything evolves around freestyle....and yes I do love freestyle, but open to other types of music.......peace
Everyone's entitle to their own opinion....but how can you categorize this song as "todays beat" ? When not even todays house music sounds like that anymore. Today's beat is more like trance, Euro , techno........ Im not trying to floor this song and its not even about the style (im into all styles) but I did expect a little more originality from them. C'mon its TKA we're talking about.
that guy throughout the song is really annoying!!!
also its a bit corny "no romance just want to dance"
it doesnt flow...it sounds forced...like they are singing at gun point....towards the end where there is a verse not just a repeation i had a little hope for it...that maybe they were going to turn my head with a twist in the song!!!! but i was wrong!!!! wow i hope the whole album isnt like this!!!!
i did come into this song with an open mind!!!
the beat the vocals and that damn guy just get annoying!!!!! 😕
compared to when will i see u again...when will i see u again is a great song!!!! please put that out on single first...to release this song would be a very bad MOVE!!!!!
this isn't the new sound of freestyle. This is the new sound of TKA. If freestyle drifted into this beat, I'd cancel my membership to this site. And it's not a question of having an open ear. The song was posted at clubFREESTYLE.com, I expected a lot more.
I have to congradulate TKA for having the right intentions. The beat starts out phat but loses its punch after a minute and a half. The guitar is tremendously well played too,but also loses something after hearing it too long. Its housey but very reserved in its funkyness. The words are repeated much too often without variation..even a slight addlibb would fix that..The vocals are technically good but seem to be limited in range and emotion. The talking is out of control.......The lingo and subject matter still seem trapped in time.80`s cliche based...not enough urban to fit into the average urban scene. The track is musically and vocally perfect...hence too much of a good thing.......its seems like a perfect blend of what was hot the last three months...tha disco vibe/vocoderish...mojo,daft punk..
good try fellas I sure the album will be all that and a bag of chips.Ill buy the cd cause after all its TKA.
thanx for the music guyz!

To me it sounded like a halfway done demo from Modjo or something. And what's up with the talking through the song???
the verses was lacking & a too repetitive and boring beat. No harmonies or Nice Melodies and boring lyrics, I mean the only rhyme I heard was "move it and groovin" and "move your feet to the beat" "believing, feeling" too clichè, and I'm not gonna comment on the rap part.
No breaks, nothing happens musically.
The singing was all good. That Guitarrloop get's too annoying after a minute or so. If TKA want to be a filterhouse group in their future, I wont support them. This is definetly not a new Fresh sound, it's been done million times before, with only a few good results. This is only my opinions about the production and music and I assume nobody will take it personal.
ehhhh???, the new sound of Freestyle???? I'm not even gonna comment on that...
I agree with Kenny. Listening to the first 30 seconds-minute of the song, it sounded kinda cool, but it got very redundent and repetitious. Musically, it is not a bad song. I just don't like it because I expected a freestyle song from the "Kings of Freestyle." But who knows...maybe it'll grow on me. I won't put TKA down. They are broadening their horizons, which is good. Maybe they'll use this song to kinda get them in the mainstream, and once they are known more by the mainstream, they'll bust out some new freestyle tracks and take freestyle to a new level. 🙂
Thank you all for your opinions and support. Well sort of. So far the overall opinion of the song is thumbs down, when my hopes were that you guys would let this number grow on you. I may have been wrong. If you are offended as core freestyle heads and can't take the changes that are being made musically, I will have Jack remove the song immediately. Our intentions were to give you (the core fans) something first so we can build, make a fist and all call and request this record at your local stations. Being that most of you are not ready to get behind this track I will have it taken off your site and go another route. Thank you all for the early feedback. As of now I'm sorry for those who can't feel it, and the rest of you I invite with us to the next level. We won't stop making the music that feels right for any reason. We will not change our approach. You have been waiting a long time for some new TKA music. You got it.
Jack can you please end this thread and remove the song from the clubfreestyle.com site, because it's painfully obvious that we are not going to be supported here by what we thought was our following. You all have made me laugh and cry over the past year, and I learned a lot about the current state of Dance music from the freestyle perspective. Thank you for the education and I hope your Messiah arrives someday.
It's only music people. Sorry this one didn't move ya, but it will move somebody. You can always come back, and we will be waiting! Maybe the next song....maybe not.
yeah well...
I kinda expected a little stronger effort on the comeback track than this... And why would the core Freestylefans like this song and support it, when it doesn't have a single Freestyle element in it?
I will download it once more to see if I maybe like it a little more this time.
