I heard this song on the Freestyle Mix on 105.9 and KTU's freestyle free 4 all a couple of times. It is a guying singing. The lyrics are:

It's "BABY DON'T GO" by FFWD.

It can be found on the Criminal Records compilation: The Best Of Criminal Records: The Freestyle Compilation which was released in 1995 through Hot Productions.

You can also find the 12" single (originally released in 1988) quite easily at most records stores that carry used Freestyle vinyl.
