Looking for a song for years

It's from a male and it came before 1991. I just know some parts of the chorus. it goes like "Together again.....seems like we were meant to be yada yada something else" There is a very bad quality sample on a brazilian freestyle page. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but please help a fellow freestyler from Brazil.
