Thank you Big Marc....Is all good and just in case everybody I'm not dissing anybody nor choosing sides. I'm just pointing the view of how an Artist see things. We all love Freestyle, I was born with it. And again if it comes to pick on what Keyel said, those anybody remenber what GL said which I think I have it when he said "he love Dance music (Not Freestyle), because it had me love the music, but Salsa was always in my blood and my parents always influence me to sing it, it was my first choice. "

Now are you going to condem him for that or are you still going to support him? Music changes and people change. Unfortunetly Freestyle is not as big as it used to be, and it also never died. We are just condem for the faults of others.....
🙁 But we gotta keep doing it. Also marc Anthony said the "Reason he not doing dance music (again Freestyle is not said) is because Everybody and their mothers sang." now how about that???? We got to respect all the artists for coming back to do old and new stuff, and give them a chance. We need support from everybody not just TKA Fans, GL Fans, Cynthia Fans, Lil Suzy Fans, we need all the fans to get to where we want to be.
As for Nina I didn't mean any harm to what I said, but in reality who from Mic Mac couldn't sing??? I really will like to know please????😕
 
Thats it, why bring up this thread, this has been discussed many times and we get no where, I love freestyle, and if TKA decides to change musical style so be it, as long as it sounds good, personally I think they gave us enough freestyle to last a lifetime, so what if they decide to do something different, when they did CRASH w/ Michelle Visage, that wasnt freestyle, and no one bashed it, and again when they came out w/ When Will I see you again, people on this forum, bashed them as well.....I am tired of this topic, and yes I know that every one is entitled to their opinion but damm, this topic is played out, over talked about, and is useless, so TKA haters get over your selves, just dont buy their album....I know I will........

If that were the case, I’ll be out of business. All artists across the globe make transitions and we embrace it openly. It’s the nature of the beast. Why knock it?

BASICALLY THERE WAS A SONG CALLED "LOVING YOU" DON'T REMEBER THE ARTIST AND THE SONG COULD'VE BEEN DONE BETTER. SHE WAS NOT A VOCALIST...AND IN SOME SONGS THAT I REMEMBERED IT ALMOST FELT LIKE EITHER THE SONG WAS SPOKEN THROUGH (BARITONE) OR THEY YELLED THROUGH SOME PARTS OF THE SONG. ANOTHER ONE THAT COULD'VE BEEN DONE BETTER WAS "LISTEN TO MY CRIES".

WEATHER IT'S DANCE OR R&B OR WHATEVER I LIKE TO HEAR A TRUE VOCALIST SINGING NOT YELLING OR PRETENDING TO SING.

I WILL SAY THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE WERE PUT ON THE MAP AT THAT TIME AND THERE WERE ALOT OF SONGS I ENJOYED.

THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL TASTE SO DON'T TAKE IT PERSONAL.
 
THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT CAN AND WILL EVER UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE OF FREESTYLE AND DANCE MUSIC ARE THE OLD SKOOL PEOPLE WHO WERE AROUND WHEN FREESTYLE JUST CAME OUT. NOT THE YOUNGER GENERATIONS. IT'S JUST SOMETHING THAT IS VERY HARD TO EXPLAIN. THERE IS JUST SOMETHING ABOUT FREESTYLE SONGS THAT THEY NEVER GET PLAYED OUT. THE SAME PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN THAT IT IS OLD ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE BRAINWASHED BY HEARING NSYNC OR BRITNEY 5 ZILLION TIMES A DAY ON THE RADIO. THEY DON'T LIKE THEM BUT THEY ARE FORCED TO LIKE THEM.

ALSO I AM ONLY FAMILIAR WITH FEEL THE MUSIC AND WHEN WILL I SEE YOU AGAIN. HONESTLY THEY ARE NOT BAD SONGS I KIND OF LIKE THEM. YES I AGREE THEY IN NO WAY CAN EVER EVEN COMPARE WITH THE TKA CLASSICS BUT YOU GOTTA REMEMEBER ONE THING ORIGIONALLY FREESTYLE DID NOT ALL SOUND THE SAME. (NOT EVERYONE USED PLANET ROCK) SO MAYBE THAT IS WHAT TKA IS TRYING TO DO. MAYBE THEY ARE STILL RELEASING FREESTYLE SONGS BUT NO ONE SEE'S THEM AS FREESTYLE BECAUSE THEY ARE MINUS THE PLANET ROCK SOUND. BEFORE YOU SAY WHEN WILL I SEE YOU AGAIN HAS THE PLANET ROCK BEAT I AM REFERING TO THE ORIGIONAL VERSION THEY HAD PLAYED ONLY A FEW TIMES ON KTU JUDY TORRES PLAYED IT ON A SUN. I WISH I COULD FIND ME THAT VERSION. I'LL WAIT FOR THE 12' HOPEFULLY.

I think bringing a persons personal responsibility of parenting into these forums is an unnecessary way to get your point across.

This is what happens when we get off the subject of music. Let's keep it music. Afterall, freestyle is about love...Love songs sang over dance-able hip hop beats. Nothing more nothing less. If it ain't about the music I have nothing more to say. It's getting way too personal, and I don't know anyone here well enough to comment about the rest of their lives off line.

To finish it off. Comments were made by artist, comments were condemned by fans. Appologies were made, a great group re-united, and here we are just one week from releasing an album that took way too long to come out. Let it go. Those days are over, look forward, be very positve and live everyday to the fullest. There are too many things we have to worry about today, to be dwelling on the negativities of yesterday, you feel me toni?

Let it go. Buy the album, and I officially invite you to one of TKA's shows, limo ride and all (along with who ever wins the biggest fan contest) as our biggest detractor. Kenny we have a winner!!!
We will then give you the answers to so many of your burning questions but some of the answers are not made for TV. (If you know what I mean) This is why I am not able to go into full detail about what occured.

I can only guarantee that your opinion will be changed after learning more about these talented musicians and seeing how things go down behind the scenes, why certain things happen, and why certain things get said. Then you can come back and post about it and let us know if you feel the same way or not.

I have nothing against you being a single parent, but dont you think that instead of dwelling on this issue that we should all be focused about other important lssues? Sexyangel329, that's right....we all feel the way we feel. Like I posted in the very beginning, people should NOT get condemned for posting an opinion. Even if that opinion counter acts your own. IF we don't like the music an artist we love is putting out, that's our choice. It DOES NOT mean we don't like any of their music. We have every right to dislike current music being produced. It's our choice and we have the right to state it. I knew that would be a problem from the begininng. 🙄

I don't have TKA's album, simply beause I'm not their greatest fan, though I have their songs on my CDs... but seriously guys.... stop this. What good does it make if you all hate each other for one reason that should bring us all closer together= FREESTYLE.

Not everybody sounds like GL, Marc Anthony, India, Chrissy Ieece, Safire, and any other great known name, but hell they did sing and can sing. So please nina tell me who do you consider a vocalist person??? I really want to know.

I'm 100% with Angie on this one. TKA has given us super great moments with their magical songs in their albums.

For that, they get all the support regardless how different the beats may sound, it's all based on the formula of what TKA is all about, good music.

Some people are not thankful with what they are given or were given.

When I visited my local music store two weeks ago, I saw two George Lamond spanish albums on the rack. Boy, the huge smile I had for him on my face, and I never met the fella. The fact that he sang some hot freestyle tunes, that I adore, and to see him broaden his borders, man that is what it's all about. It doesn't matter if he does 10 more albums of spanish, chinese, greek I don't care, I'm thankful for what he's done, and no matter what, he has my support all the way.

I am greatful with what I have or was given.
