Johnny O's New Single Cover (vol. 2)

I've seen the new Johnny O single "Diana/Fantasy Girl" already on sale at ebay germany. There are two photos of the new cover, too. But how can this guy already have this CD, I thought it will be relased on May 13th?!?!?

the other pic with the track listings is the back cover of the cd and the main one is the cover. He got it because he ordered it from www.zyx.de They already have it for sale.

I was in my record store now. They said they will have the single on May 6th 😀
I think I can wait so long, but I'm really looking forward to the single.
The guy in the store told me also that the platter has already been relased since the beginning of April.
