Chuck, the first jam is Romeo Romeo with "Without Her" from 1988.He sings the words to "I'll House you" in it, I could be wrong but it could actually be one of the Jungle Brothers.Sure sounds like them.

The second is "Playgirl" from Babie & Keys from 1987, you can find it on "The Best of Criminal Records" cd.
