drink agua de panela. some ppl call it panetela... it looks like brown sugar and they should sell it at n e store. boil water and put the panetela in it and drink it hot... go to sleep... u'll feel like new the next day... 🙂

Hey.. i've been MIA all day! lol.. How u feeling LaBetty? Hope ur better.. My fave medication is " NyQuil " ..Works wonders and gives you a nice buzz before you get knocked out! lol..

I'm okay......not as bad as yesterday.......but I'm getting a little more stuffy. Nyquil is good stuff. :heee
