Does anyone know my favorite song?

I need help in finding out the artist of my favotite song and maybe where I can get my hands on the single or album it's on. It's called The Beginning of the End and it starts off like,
intro- "Now here we are, the beginning of the end"
Then the song starts,
" Blinded by love, I was swept away, imprisoned by your love, I could not escape.
"I tryed to reach out to anyone......
That's all I can remember but I know I love it, please help!
