you right Jack...but ppl like Peter and Me can do nothing on Paypal. Paypal will refond Mont to us only when the transaction is in Europe....and ebay will not do anything...i thing for most ppl is to many time left that they will get back there money

Juan Deleted again some posts on his board from ppl which talk about this and want there money Back....just deleate, don't answear
 
Sounds like all you can do is leave him bad feedback via ebay (If you purchased via auction). Be sue to state they he never sent product.

Keep on leaving the messages on his forums at all times of the day to warn others.
He is making a bad name for every legitimate business person. Terrible.

There is a story in the paper today about this exact thing. Some girl paying her way throug college by scamming buyers on EBAY and not sending them thier products. she got $10,000 off of peeps! so if you need to, do what you gotta do.

Juan is a joke! I lost my money too. I reported it to ebay, but nothing. He is no longer a registered user, so I can't even leave him negative feedback. Pay pal can't do anything because he has no money in the account. He simply has stolen all of our money. I sent him an email that I was going to report him to authorities, and his reply was "Good Luck".

Report him to the local authorities. He did rob you and it is illegal to rob people.

Beleive it or not you can get him arrested if you are persistant and do things by the book.

I did a bit of research and found out her works for a club called REMY. The website for the club is www.clubremy.com I just emailed to let them know of his actions. He also has a screen name on AOL : JUANTOOBIGPEREZ So you an im him. He has been ignoring mine.
 
Great job emailing the club! Email every club that hires him and tell them that they will be barred and they will be looked upon as bad if they hire him again.

That club is in Elgin, Illinois - maybe everyone who was ripped off should get together and contact the local Elgin police department and file police reports...
