My boys did it.. not that I had any doubt.. I'm a YANKEE FAN to the end! Derek and Alex are fine, but it's that they (as a team) keep coming back even when everyone thinks it's over for them.. and I for one would LOVE TO SEE THEM WIN ANOTHER RING THIS YEAR!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOOO go YANKEES!!!!
 
The Yankees will go no where once again this year. They should just be happy that they made it to the playoffs.......hell, Joe Torre is....he was a mess after that game Saturday cryin' like a little baby....LMFAO. The Sox have the Yanks right where they want them. The Wild Card Team has WON the World Series the past 3 years, and it looks like it's going to 4 now that the DEFENDING WORLD CHAMPIONS are back in the Playoffs. Maybe next year Yanks.........LOL

lol i had to . because as i watch the games i seen the fans get all happy and sayin goodbye redsox but in the end the yankees went home i bet the broklen bridge was pack with jummpers after that choke and people say philly teams choke.

oh im not knckin the phillies they had a great year but u would never know because all the media talks about is the yankees like they are the only team in baseball. who had the longest hitting streak . not a yankee it was Jimmy Rollins of the phillies . next year philly is winnin it all.

Well, next year is a whole year away... and right now it's all about those DAMN YANKEES!!! Why is there always talk about them? Because they are GREAT! They have one of the most loyal fan bases in the history of Baseball, they have proven time and time again that they should not be slept on.. and um.. correct me if I'm wrong, but they have the most championship rings of any major league baseball team in the past 10 years.. so by all means, bash them if you want.. but the facts speak for themselves.. maybe those that are hatin should go out there and play for their losing team... I'm sure YOU'D make a difference... LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOO
 
There's no question at all that the Yanks are the best team in baseball through the years since they have 26 championship rings, but where have they been since 2000???
It appears that all that money that Steinbrener has to throw around just isn't enough to BUY a world series calaber team. What he did buy is a bunch of whiners and cry babies. I can't get over the way the were acting just because Buck Showalter pulled 3 of his most prized players in the 3rd inning of the game against the Angels, and they ended up losing that game. OH PLEASE!!! At least Cashman hit the nail on the head....he had no problem with Bucks decision, which nobody should!!! He stated that if the Yanks had won one more game, then nobody would have given a rats arse what Buck did in that game. The Yanks just didn't get the complete job done, and ended up getting whooped by the CHAMPS!!! Plain and simple. Hey, I'm not sayin' the Sox are going to definitely win the World Series this year, but at least they are getting that chance to defend their title. The Sox and Yanks don't have the pitching to get the job done this year, but they certainly both have the offense to possibly bail out their pitching staffs, so it should be interesting nonetheless.
