Just curious what peeps on here think. I am cool with my friend dating one of my ex's. At first I was surprised, but definitely not mad.

Am I normal for not thinking it's wrong for her to do?

I personally wouldn't just cause I am wacky like that, but..


Any opinions?
 
no way thats just wrong in my opinion i wouldnt even go for a guy she likes or liked cuz i would be majorly mad if it were done to me especially a close, good or best friend
guys come and go ur friends are always there
 
Well, he and I weren't an item but just "special" freinds so to speak..

This was going back at least 2 years ago..

I told her to go for it... I couldn't do it if it was the other way around because of my stubborn guinea pride 😛
 
personally i wouldnt do it and wouldnt like it to be done to me but hey thats just me...
 
No no Rhoq.. He and I were not "exclusive" per se and it was definitely not a relationship..

I am cool with it, but some of my other friends think it is disrespectful (even though it wasn't serious and it was like at least 2 yrs ago)..

Me personally, I would not just for pride's sake regardless of the guy..

HONESTLY I THINK IT'S EWWWWWWW.WETHER IT WAS SERIOUS OR NOT I COULDN'T BE WITH A GUY THAT MY FRIEND MESSED AROUND WITH OR DATED. AND SHE FEELS THE SAME WAY.

Nahhh thats wrong!, but some people just don't mind. My boyfriends 5 year relationship ex girl, went with his best friend after two years they had broken up, so I guess it depends. You not alone Sophy 😉
 
Personally I wouldnt date a friends ex I aint into left overs but would I mind if a friend dated an ex of mine it depends on how strong of a realtionship I had with them for example my ex husband no, to much history there my ex from miami yeah go for it lol my other ex yes I wouldnt care
 
Thou shalt not tuch another one's trash. For a person's trash maybe sacred to their heart more than it would be to another.

It could cause some serious problems between you three. You could end up on "Springer"!!! The thing is that the other (friend's x)could cause a friend ship problem cause some jealousy, or make 'em take sides between you and the friend.!!
My advise to you is no. Thats to savor the friendship u have. Don't take chances!!!
 
i messed with my best friend's ex.. and we haven't spoke for about a year now.. we were friends for like 4 years and she couldn't forgive me after all of it. not like i care tho.. lmao.. do your thing girl
 
I personally wouldn't...chicks b4 d*cks! My friends and I kind of have an unspoken rule....exes are off limits. But if one of my friends really really liked an ex of mine, then I'd tell her to go for it, depending on which ex it was. for example, if it was my ex fiance, hell no...too much btwn him and I, but if it was another ex, then hey, whatever floats your boat. But as I said, my friends and I don't screw with exes.

When you let someone go (i my opinion) its up to them to decide who they wanna be with - no matter how much it hurts u, u can't be selfish to chose partners for others around u. You just have to let it go, and c what good will come out of it - if nothing, then juss be there for your friend. 🙂

I would say it was wrong unless I knew she REALLY, REALLY had feelings for him... But it makes me worry because, what if they were messing around when I was with him, ya know... I don't know, I haven't been in that situation before and I hope I don't ever have to be...
