Although Ashley's voice may not be the best, she can definitely hold her own. She is doing what she can to help keep the music she loves alive, which is more than alot of the other artists who have been around as long as her are doing! I would rather go home and listen to Ashley's material than most of the other new stuff out there!

There is a difference between stating one's opinion i.e. freedom of speech, and what Fanaticjoe posts.

His comments border on being libelous, and defamatory.

Libel is a defamation that has been written.

Defamatory i.e. Defamation, also known as defamation of character, is usually written or spoken words that negatively and falsely reflect on a person's reputation.

Ashley should sue him.

The only problem is his post is more insulting than defamatory, and legally, insults are usually seen as emotionial outbursts, with no real backing, other than to display a strong dislike for the person.

But Ashley should still try and sue him.

All she has to do is prove his statements were both malicious and false.

But then she has to go through the trouble of finding out who "FanaticJoe" is. Remember, this is a just a faceless screen name. Multiple people can use the same screen name to become the character known as "FanaticJoe". It's too much of a hassle.

joe just gave his INDIVIDUAL(<---key word)opinion...that's how he feels....he just said Ashley's music sucks, which i don't agree, but again that's my INDIVIDUAL(there goes that key word again)opinion. and by saying her music sucks, he really didn't say anything about her CHARACTER
