I love Johnny O!!!!! There are ALOT of songs that get on my nerves...especially the ones that get TOO much air play but I could never say I didn't like a freestyle song! Although I could most definately come up with a few that REALLY REALLY annoy me LOL
 
I played "Funky little beat" by Connie again and man that song really suxx big time.
 
i was bumpin "funky little beat" this morning again and to me it's a classic. i guess cuz it's from my era, i remember hanging with connie backstage at hot wheels skating center back in 1988 and i remember that song being really big. she was also very pretty...if i would have heard it now for the first time i probably wouldnt like it...the song i didn't like when it first came out on the radio was "fantasy girl" but after seeing johnny o so many times performing, the song grew on me.... it's most definitely a classic freestyle jam..

Okay, now that some of you are downing some popular old school songs, I think I can mention some songs I didn't really care for:

"Fantasy Girl" - Johnny O. I agree with a lot of you.
"Please Don't Go" - Nayobe. She's a truly talented voice, but I just don't like the song.
"Bad Of The Heart" - George Lamond. Too overdone, too many instruments, background vocals, etc.
"Inside Outside" - Cover Girls. A bad "Show Me" sound-alike.
"Thief Of Heart" - Cynthia. Uncreative, very generic.

These are the most popular ones, but there are a ton of MicMac songs that won't spend time mentioning.

This is just the opinion of one...

I think they asked for the Worse freestyle song, the the most played out out the song you dont like anymore.

None of the song come close to my pick. Well... "Funky little beat" is up there in the worse category, maybe the worse of the classics but not the worse ever.

Im sticking to my SJV "sister" from Luna records
 
I agree. I had already posted Funky Little Beat as the worst freestyle song, but it is the worst Classic freestyle song. There are plenty of new school that are worse. They are pretty much some of the remakes and some off of Luna records Vol. 3
 
There was a time when i considered "Temptation" by Corina, the worst freestyle song ever. However, so much crap has come out in recent years, that at this point it's hard to say what the worst freestyle song is. I think the worst freestyle song is yet to come.

That's the sad part: The worst FreeStyle song has yet to be released. I'm just glad that I (probably) won't be buying it. Unless, of course, it sneaks its way into my collection by being hidden (as filler) on a CD or record.

I haven't been up with the new school freestyle but some of that new stuff sucks! Every song has a Planet Rock beat (including that new TKA track) and sounds the same. Whatever happened to the latin flava that used to make freestyle?

Latin Love - Trilogy

Funky Little Beat rocks -- It was all about the bassline -- It's Miami track so and being from there I'm a bit biased too 🙂

Only In the Night -- Lewis Martinee classic

Fireball!! RoGeRem!!!!!! How dare u say "Funky Little Beat" by Connie is the worst classic freestyle song!!!???!!! I happen to like this song. I even have it on a 12" INCH single by some record label called Sunnyview or something. It is a good song and it rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And what about you all talking bout my other fave song "Fantasy Girl"!!!???!! I can listen to it over and over again!! Back off my two songs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Anyways, the worst freestyle song.......................I would have to say "Set u free" by Planet Soul , "Inside Outside" by Cover Girls" and "Latin Love" by Trilogy!!!!
