I heard TKA,Rockell and George Lamond will be filming new music videos for their new songs whether the songs they are making a video for are freestyle or not I don't know! Freestyle music videos are Important because music videos equals millions of viewers worldwide and lots more record sales. If a Freestyle music video is played on MTV Latino millions of people here in America will watch it aswell as in Latin America and in Spain. If a freestyle video is played on HBO Latino it will be viewed by millions more people. If that same video is played on Univision and Telemundo a billion people worldwide will be abel to see that song.If it gets on MTV here in America it will be will be abel to be by 200 million people here in America and millions more worldwide,if it is played on Black Entertainment Television's Jazz channel show Latin Beat wich paye merengue, salsa and Latin pop than the video wil be seen by 30 million more people,if it is played on VH1 add another billion viewers.Yes I agree not everyone with acess to see the video will watch the video, not everyone will like the video or the song however thousands even millions more will discover Freestyle music through music videos and like Freestyle.I discovered Freestyle on MTV International on Telemundo when Daisy Fuentes interviewed Sony music newest Latin superstar named George Lamond.A couple month's later MTV street party show wich had a Freestyle VIDEO show called 2ND GENERATION at 10 pm back in september of 1990 when MTV declared the Latin Explosion featuring George Lamond,Sweet Sensation,Mellow Man Ace,TKA and Kid Frost.THAT'S WHERE I DISCOVERED WHAT FREESTYLE WAS AND WHAT LATIN HIPHOP WAS.BEFORE THAT THE ONLY LATINO DANCE MUSIC I USED TO LISTEN TO WAS VICO C because he had been rapping selling millions since 1987 and of course everyone at home listened to Chayanne,Gloria Estefan,Yuri,Menudo and other Latino dance pop artists however no one in my home listened to Freestyle until I discovered it on tv then my friends and exgirlfriends gave me Cynthia records and freestyle mix tapes because they wereinto it.After awhile all the Latinas,Filipinas,Italianas,Black girls and Jewish girls were all into freestyle and guys that dated them started falling in love with them and relating to the songs, after awhile boxers like Oscar De La Hoya,Hector Macho Camacho and Jorge Paez were speaking slang and listening to freestyle, dancing to it and then the Latin baseball players like Bobby Bonilla and Jose Canseco would come to bat to it unfortunately Freestyle faded and the baseball players to today come to bat to merengue, salsa and Latin rap.The girls listen to Latin pop of Enrique Iglesias,Marc Anthony,Barrio Boyzz and Son By Four. The guys go hang out with fellas blasting Fulanito,Oro Solido,Ilegales,Chayanne,La Banda Chula,Vico C,The Noise,DJ Playero,Santana and Mana.Freestyle disapeared from video and sales have fallen. If Freestyle can get airplay on the box,mtv latino, hbo latino,htv,mtv,vh1,univision,galavision and telemundo or atleast on a couple of the those stations then sales will be healthy if they keep getting atleast the radio airplay that they get know.If video played freestyle atleast as much as radio does then Freestyle would be big again until then it will just continue to be considered as a subgenre of Latin pop and record stores and program directors will say we already got Chayanne,Ricky Martin,Christina Aguilera and Shakira on rotation or on the rack so there's no need for Rockell,George Lamond or Cynthia.Just like they will say we got Destiny's Child and Nelly for our r&b and rap who needs En Vogue and Big Dady Kane and Epmd, they are played out and you never see them on tv.Rock stations say we got Limp Bizkit,Santana,Kid Rock and Mana why play Poison or Motley Crue you don't see them on tv,we already got the rock that's popular on MTV who wants Poison? That's same thing happens in every music genre.FREESTYLE GET YOUR VIDEOS OUT THERE AND ON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO OUR MUSIC AND OUR ARTIST!GOD BLESS,OMAR 😉

i almost gave in, but im not!

Damn that was a long post Omar. I guess you were answering to my other post on here. yes, i know we need freestyle videos to get the public out there to be aware but thats the issue who out there is willing to play freestyle videos? the main stations; which are mtv vh1 and b.e.t. are sort of in my disbelief that they are willing to play these videos. and this would pull in the majority of the crowds. thats why i mentioned that we maybe needed some sort of channel where all the attn. is focused on freestyle music.....or a similar idea. i know its an idea thats costs alot of money but in the long run youll come out winning because you are saving freestyle which, if your a firm believer with a strong passion, would take chances like this. i understand your talk about george lamond and some others once being on mtv, but this happened some 10 years ago. it was a time when almost everybody was into that sort a thing but times changed and the people who stay with that music are the people who were the first ones to grow with it who then pass it onto others (The new generation). so we want to draw that crwod back to us and keep them there this time. and what a perfect time than now...... music s at its point where it seems like it has no basic direction......everythings fusion stuff and who knows maybe this music might fit into it. but anything to raise awareness is fine with me. its worth a shot. i'm a strong supporter. and if we get at least 50 million other people like me and you and everybody into freestyle.... we'd be in good shape!

my thought on music videos. they are nice to watch but the reason for many labels not deciding to make videos is the fact of money. videos costs thousands of dollars and with that you spend that amount on promotion and printing, etc. video fees also come directly 50/50 from the labels and the artists. if anything id rather spend the money on getting the artists promotional considerations and dancers, and clothing, and transportation, and all that stuff that's much more necessary than a video. many majors have the money to make videos but they pay a certain fee and then artists have to pay the rest. honestly, you may see an artist with so many videos but some of these artists are stil paying for a video they may have done 10 years ago! but anyways i love seeing music videos. i want to thank Fernando for hookin it up with those FREESTYLE VIDEOS i got to see al those videos for the first time! it was amazing juss seeing all these songs I heard with VIDEOS!

above all it helps promote the single, and album. It would be nice to see some Freestylin' Vidz. 😎

I've seen "What U Did 2 Me" many times in places that show ETV video tapes (record stores, clubs, etc.).

J, is there any plans for her to accompany a video with the "Tears" single? They really go in sequence with each other. They way Rockell walk in on her boyfriend and the girl in her apartment. That same senario can carry on into the "Tears" single as Rockell is warning this new girl what she has to look forward to with him, tears! lol

I've seen the video at a club where they have a video bar. They subscribe to some video service but I can't remember the name.Anyhow,I thought it was a decent video and liked the part where everyone is dancing at the party.
