I just listened to the clip and it definitely sounds like an Odeon/Chris Phillips production. I have the first 3 Planet Freestyle comps and this song isn't on any of them, so I'm guessing it's a later track.

The singer's voice sounds familiar too, but I have to refresh my memory.
