most of the times the management and/ or record company determines what outfit is worn by the artists, which hairdoo they have to have and which make up suits them.
But these things shouldn´t matter as long as they´re doing good music.
There are some artists that need to impress with their looks cuz their music is not really impressive but none of those I found among the Freestylers.
Furthermore there´s no need to deny the 60th, 70th, 80th because in every single Freestyle track you will find an element brought in by even one of these decades.
Consider music from every age is a freedom to express where there sometimes have been no others ways to do so.
FREESTYLE is the freedom of style!!!!
