Does anyone know whatever happened to Corina? I last read she did a movie with Tim Robbins where she portrayed Frida Kahlo. Is she ever going to come out with any new songs, albums??? Drop a line and please let me know!
 
Hey Juani, I talked to Corina recently. She is doing Great!!!! Concentrating on her acting career. She is an absolutely brilliant and charming lady!! Her manager, Ivan, comes on here, so I'll I'm sure he'll follow up more in-depth. I will PM you with info on where I just read a good interview with her she did recently...
 
Wow that was quick!! That's awesome! I am a really huge Fan I met her back in like early 90's in a club called Alcatrazz here in Chicago and she was phenomenal! anyway I hope and wish her the best and I really hope I can hear something music wise from her soon she's the real thing. Thanks Scotman for the update!
 
Hey Juani: I just heard Corina will be in a play called "YO SOY LATINA" at The Pantheon Theatre, 303 W. 42nd st....July 13th -Aug 1,...You can call the theatre to confirm this, don't know the # but 411 should....
 
She played "FRIDA" in Cradle Will Rock, which Salma Hayek later did in a different version of the story, she has done some plays and small movies, and, gotten GREAT REVIEWS! I'm definately gonna check out that show in July!
 
I spoke With Corina last night, She will be doing ALL of the performances at the Pantheon , except for 2 matinees... She says that it is REAL entertaining...I CAN"T WAIT TO GO!!!

😱 same here -- never had a chance to see her in concert 🙁 , that would be the next-best thing... 😉

I hosted that event so long ago at the Alcatrazz...Corina was one of my favorite interview subjects back then...very down to earth and personable...she was the one who gave me the scoop back in 1988 about the "East Side Story" project...Scot, if I can reconnect with her, that would be great...
