Might sound kind of generic but "Hooked On You" by Sweet Sensation will always be number one with me. My older neighbor across the street knew how much I loved the song so she gave me her 12". I kept that record under clothes in one of my drawers so it wouldn't get messed up in any way. Perfect vocals, perfect beat and break, great use of electronic sounds, and the rap... CLASSIC!!! "When days go long and nights grow cold..." Hahaha! In fact, I'm gonna put that on right now (as if it isn't in heavy enough rotation at my house!). 🙂
