I gotta give my love to:

Mickey Garcia
Carlos "After Dark" Berrios
Own "OS" Soba
Willie Valentin
Wilson "X" Yepez
Chris "InTheMix" Sammarco

and...

Eddie Frente and the Blade to the Rhythm Crew.

Thanks for including me on your list. I am honored that someone mentioned me along with all the legendary producers. Although, I started long after the freestyle boom was over, I think I made am impact in Germany.....at least we got paid! I hope to earn my place on the new school producers now that I have "a superstar" on the way to record new material soon.

A few of my favorite producers that were not mentioned: Rob Federici and Anthony Ponzo. Did anyone mention the Tommy Uzzo/Mike Lorello (spelling?) team? They were also awesome.

I think Tommy Uzzo is more known for mixing and Mike Lorello was responsible for alot of the keyboards heard on many of the old school classics. You see their name on alot of 12" since they were the best at what they did when freestyle ruled.

Thank you

To everyone who gave me the honor of being on their list... THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I can only hope that my music has brought you fond memories of days gone by.

Peace and love,

Owen "O.S."

Willie "Valentin" Rivera - For a few years Willie was the only producer making quality Freestyle music (up until '97 or so). He helped to keep Freestyle alive during it's darkest and most desolate period.

Sorry this is my short list...I'm sure there a few deserving producers that I might have overlooked. When Legend logs on in a few - he'll fill the gaps for me.

Great list Rhoq, you know your stuff and people forgot JT Irish AKA Joey Gold and you mentioned him. Joey was not only a talented producer but a great person and friend.
