-How long is forever? When all the commotion is all over about this new album of yours, can we expect more music? More albums made? (I am not implying anything to this question)

-What kind of success has your new single brought you so far?

-Broken record question.....What is your definite release date?

-What special appearances are there in this album? Anybody special you guys worked with on this album?

-Do you guys still feel like the young guys you were when you first made music?

Sweet, but it'll probably be delayed again. I'll be the first one in Reading, PA to get cuz no one I know likes good music.

Forever is as long as you hold TKA in your memory. As long as you can put in that CD and feel the way you felt when you first heard it, and be taken back to days long forgotten.
We start to record the new TKA album in October ( Yes the same month that 'Forever" hits the stores). We will feature other artist on our next effort, but on this one we stayed intimate amongst ourselves and our fans. We had to make up for lost time so therefore we felt we had to keep it TKA. There is also that burning feeling and pride to go out there and stand on our own two feet, beat down doors and blaze paths of our own for others to follow. Like you Vic, we want to be the Originators. Change the game a little.

So far the only success is that although we may have surpised a few people with the sound we decided to use, we feel that the fans still have our back. You were the first to hear it and get it. It wont be commercially released to radio until sometime after August 20th. We have already recieved air play on KTU, and hopefully (hi Johnny) that will continue. You will be able to gage the success of the single by weather or not we have to change our release date from October 9th to October 23rd... As of now we are set to go balst off on October 9th. If we get you guys calling in and requesting this song we will release the album right on time!

Tony, Kay, and Angel are in denial. They don't care to think that they have had 17 years in this business. They are approaching this with a chip on their shoulders, acting like new artist with something to prove. The youthful mindset still exist, but at the same time they respond like veterens when handling the business side of things.

"O" thanks for always having TKA's back on these forums, and thank you for keeping our name out there. We know we are nothing without that love that only people like you can give.

P.S. How many songs are you planning to release on this album? Will it be like the old days when you guys would release 5 to 6 songs for each album
 
Hell yeah vic! Thatll be blazinnnn! Cant wait till it comes out, ill be the first one to get it, and you know why? Cause ill be at the store before it opens..😉...Only for TKA baby, only for you..

We will see how well it get recieved before we know for sure how many singles and videos will be made from the album itself.
 
TKA SHOULD RELEASE THEIR GREATEST HITS ON DVD THAT WOULD BE A REALLY NICE GIFT FOR ALL THE FANS. WE DEFINETLY WANT TO SEE THE VIDEO FOR MARIA.I'LL KEEP DREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
 
THANKS I'VE BEEN DYING TO SEE FREESTYLE VIDEOS ALL MY LIFE WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY HANDS ON A TAPE FROM SOMEONE(I WONT MENTION ANY NAME...THANX FOR THAT TAPE MAN) I REALLY ENJOYED IT BUT THE QUALITY WAS POOR MORE LIKE A BOOTLEG. SO NOW WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY I HOPE SOMEONE WILL DO US JUSTICE

Videos

were they that bad? i was gonna pay this person (if we are talking about the same one! LOL) to give me a copy. glad i didnt now!

well i think it is very important for TKA to release a video before the album comes out. videos are the best promotion in my eyes. without stations like MTV, BET, VH1, etc., how many artists would be as big as they are now? they are entertaining and give us the artists vision of the song for us to see. its also a chance for us to see them perform their song. more freestyle artists need to make videos.
 
Video's

Video's are still a sticky topic in the dance genre. The song will have to get enough spins and attention before we released a video. Video's are a part of the plan, especially for future singles....
We just have to have a format fitting song that MTV,BET, etc.. will pick up on. If your video doesn't get on one of those channels it's not worth spending the money. If your music doesn't fit the format, they will not give you the airplay you need to make it happen. Therefore you almost have to wait and see if MTV approaches you asking you for it, then you go spend the $30,000 to 1,000,000 to make your video happen. Depending on your budget.

We will have at least four singles off this album.
You guys will be so happy when you hear the 2001 version of TKA. Don't be discouraged by the first single being a song that fits current radio format. It's only going to make the other records that you will identify with easier to get on and bangin at the KTU's etc..

All I can say is when you hear the final version of "When Will I See You Again" produced by Chris Cox of Thunderpuss (West Coast dance music producers) you will be bangin it for years. TKA is back!

If we get enough request, I will personally thank you by releasing a track that wont be on the album here at Clubfreestyle, called "K's Theme (Just When I Thought I Was Out)"

Tybless is right now is definetly the time rally around TKA and support them 100 percent just like they did for us all these years,TKA will take Latin pop,Latin hiphop and Latino dance music back to the top!The real Latin explosion has just begun with the new TKA cd,the new Safire cd,the new Shakira cd,the new Jaci Velasquez cd "mi corazon" in stores now,the new english materials from Paulina Rubio,Barrio Boyzz and Thalia,the Latin explosion is going to explode bigger than ever and TKA is taking Latin hiphop/freestyle back to the the top of the music charts worldwide!TKA should try to get their videos played on HTV Latin music television,HBO Latino,Univision,Telemundo and MTV Latino en espanol!BET's Latin beat and eventually on MTV'S TRL and MTV2!TKA will take the whole music industry to the next level just believe in them and you be pleasently surprised to see why!GOD Bless,Omar 🙂
