I'm sorry this is going to be kinda vague. I have heard this song a few times on various freestyle megamixes, most notably a DJ BC mix I have in mp3 form @ approx 11:00 into the track (for those who have the song).

Anyhow, this song is also in Grand Theft Auto III:Vice City under Wildstyle radio setting. I searched the internet for the song listing and came up with this track list. I am not sure if the song is in here, but it's freestyle and it has no words, just a nice beat and an electric overtone. Is it perhaps in this list?
