cause you don't have to worry about checking in w/someone
you can come and go as u please
you don't have to buy that extra present for bdays or holidays
you can go to the movies for a matinee showing
you can flirt with as many peeps as you want
you can do what u want when u want
you have time to see your friends and don't have to drag that someone w/u
you can just have a no strings attached friendship (if u like)
you can do all the stuff u couldn't do when u were a couple

you can also have the bed to yourself(yea,no one else hoggin the covers)
if you have to cancel plans u don't have to tell a sig. other first
you only have to clean up after yourself not the other slob!!
you don't have to check your cel phone to see if the jerk called
you can go out w/your friend without having to see if u had a date planned
you can sleep at a friends house and don't have to call home cause you are living by yourself(yes!!)
you can eat the last piece of candy

o sorry to hear that. i used to know these things and am just re discovering them. i used to be happy being single 90% of the time and i am begining to be happy again.
also the best part of being single is:
no arguing about.. where to go,what to do or who's gonna pay.lol.
 
i am single and i am far from glad at being sonm there used to be a time when i used to look foward to weekends or holidays not now and dont think ever. most women wont even give guys like me a chance it seams they like me to be a friend but if i show i might have an interest they go away
 
I have been single for the last 3 and a half years. Although I miss my ex at times(we are still acquaintances) I have been very happy being single. Besides I am only 21 and am in no rush to find the love of my life....if the right girl happens to come by then I may settle down but she will have to be exactly what I am looking for because I refuse to settle for anything less.

ohhh...you wanted funny stuff?...alright. It's good to be single because you don't have to listen to your girlfriend bicker while she is on her cycle.
