This morning, I checked my e-mail on my "WebTV"...25 inch color screen, there was a psychodelic effect on my eyes...if I were at work checking my e-mail, maybe I wouldn't have been so blinded. It was a wierd effect. It actually is harder to read the "off colors" unless they're dark.

My work hours have changed for the summer, the weather has been uninspiring and I've been quite busy preparing for an upcoming conference...I'm trying to find a free day to catch up on my Clubfreestyle promises to you and Lisa, I haven't for gotten about you. The new summer work hours have left me with precious little free time...anyhow,
"I Can't Promise You Love" was never released. Charlie Babie was recruited to produce the song (with my help) by a Chicago based manager. The song was to be released by Metropolitian Records, but negotiations hit a snag, and as a result, the only copies in existance are a limited number of white label promos. I have a few left from radio contest giveaways back in 1991 or '92. I would have to check with Marisa and her old manager before I start to give away any of the promos now. Marisa is engaged to be married this summer, she now is a grade school teacher at a Chicago Public School. Her old manager is still in the business, and Charlie Babie is still working here in Chicago with 200 Proof Productions and Maurice Joshua!
If I let some of you mixers have a copy, it might create an all new buzz wih no artist or actual release to show for it.
Would that be a good thing?
