PLEASE help me with this song.

I was at a Dance club back in the late 1998-99 period. The DJ played this song that I have not been able to figure out. I don't know the artist or the name of the song. I just have the following clues.

-A good female vocalist who can hit the high notes.


-Has a freestyle background beat similiar to DENINE's "I'll Never Be The Same" throughout the whole song. Starts off solo with this basic beat for about 1 min. and than the singer suddenly breaks in with the lyrics below.

-"Oooooooh..Ooh,Ooooh...Ooh,Ooooh...Ooh,Ooooh..Come On!
Come on, Get up and dance...Cause the music everywhere!
Oooh..Ooh,Oooh..Come On!"



I'm not so sure about "Get up and dance" but the rest of the lyrics
are as I remember them. This is all I know about the song. It has been bugging me ever since then...hate when this happens!😛

Sounds a little like Baby I love you also by Denine under Viper records! She says "ooooh" in the beginning & middle of the song a lot!
