Bro', no luck. I called the local radio station here in Dallas, who has it and was willing to play it for me right away, but their copy is promo white w/no credits on it. I was like... WTF guys??

I also call my boy down there @ TOP TEN Record Shop (Mike) and he's like. Here's the scoop on that song... made only on 12" vinyl and tape by a local Dallas singing group, but in limited quantities and it's long go and he cannot get it. When I asked him for the group's name he was like... it has been deleted from the computer and I don't remember. I was like WTF once again??

I remember having song a long time ago and I wanna say the group's name was somthing like SPK or LFK, I remember it was some initials. But then again, my memory is failing me and I could totally be off. Damm, where's my cane?? LOL!

I would suggest transcribing the lyrics. Someone else searching for the same song will pick up the lyrics and name the artist. There's a good chance the song title is called "Carry Me Away"

Any idea of what year the song was released? I believe we can find the artist if we know the year.

The year was around '93 or '94 and its a real simple basic song , Dee said it was a local Dallas group which sounds probable....... Theres a girl who was looking for the same song and for some reason only the hook sticks in your head...LOL! I haven't heard it since I was like 15 but would love to catch a copy... I had the same problem with a track called Summer Passion by 4-way, but I found it on 12".... I'd been looking for like 3 years...LOL!
 
I left a message for Soulsis at One Hit Wonder Central. I believe she's a DJ from the Dallas area and she may be able to help.

JK! The singer's name is MC K COLD. Yeah I know, the name just doesn't sound right for that nice song, but hey, I trust these dudes @ KNON.

As far as getting a copy of this song it is not possible at this time, but I'll continue to try.

Nice search CLAYBRICKS. I guess we have the artist's name down for sure. One of my friends has already presented to me a copy of this song from an analog source> cassette tape, but when I funnelled it on to a CD and try to clear some of the crackling and other foreign noises, the CD formatted copy still sounded shitty. Back to the drawing board.

I will try and persuade someone else to bust a copy of this song to me, but It will take time.
