Yea good point Kenny, but then why is it that the Latin community is like the only community that actually gives real props to freestyle=???? I mean, c'mon, for real!! It seems like they are doin more for freestyle then anyone else!

it started way before the covergirls and expose.

those groups just helped bring the sound to the masses and were considered the most "popular".

here are some more.... 21 East, April, Bernardo, C-Bank, Corina, Coro, Deniz, Edmond, Julian Vilante, Laissez Faire, N.V., Mark Milan, Make Believe, Noel, Dino and I can go on and on....

i believe the song/artist credited w/the 1st "freestyle" (or the way we called it, "club music") was "Don't You Want Me Baby" by The Human League back in 1981. & yes, other ethnic groups started the genre, we PERFECTED it.

Trueee trueeee!! It's now a worldwide thing....and that's what it should be, but one thing's for sure......Europe needs more "real freestyle"....

Yup NuJerz2001, more "Real freestyle" from europe 🙂 - i'm working on some tracks with a friend who has made electro since 1982, so the result is "Real freestyle" sound...

more info later... ;-)
