well I feel what randys sayin.I guess it would be the chord structure leading us into some of those sweet predictable freestyle melodies.But what about Del Shannons classic 50`s song "run away"(up until the organ solo)Or how about Lionel Richie`s "you are"
Instead of making the beats faster and faster( i just cant feel freestyle at 140)
why dont we slow it down enough to bounce with it?106 to 118 bpms.Add more raw feel instead of the classic over reverbed synth strings and orchestra hits.Some rhymically catchy words and a solid structure vocally.But yeah we gotta make freestyle bounce more and make it easier for DJs to mix our stuff into or out of a rap mix.

Everyone should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking of NSYNC and freestyle in the same thought. All that boy band radio pop bullsh*t is f****t sh*t. It is designed for girls and gays. I'd rather have freestyle officially dead with a funeral and everything before accepting NSYNC as even remotely freestyle. That's the type of soft crap that's killing freestyle. The reason why people are even beginning to draw similarities between pop and freestyle is because of how cheezy and lame most of the new freestyle is. What ever happened to REAL Freestyle. What ever happened to uprocking and representin' in Spanish Harlem. From those days to this (cheez freestyle and NSYNC comparisons). And we wonder why freestyle is dead? It's so f*ckin obvious, it makes me sick. Sorry for the foul language Jack G, but throw me bone here. NSYNC & Freestyle? Cheez and planet rock? If that's truly the direction freestyle wants to go and no one is going to join me in the fight against that lame cheez, then I wouldn't want to rep freestyle anymore. I'm about to go and vomit. It makes me so f*ckin sick just thinking about how freestyle has self destructed.

Have no fear, the only people that are discussing if Nsync is freestyle or not, is freestyle fans. Its not like NSYNC is in the studio saying 'hey, lets make a song with a freestyle beat". They don't even know what freestyle is.

i'm a HUGE nsync fan......even recently went to their concert which was awesome......but that new song for one sucks and it does NOT sound freestyle......and in their interviews they never try to sound tough at all in fact they always say how grateful they are to be where they are thats all.......or their always joking and acting stupid........so i dont know where people think they so called are "acting tough"........and please dont compare them to new kids on the block........nsync actually has talent.......peace
