Betty Dee- U roooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooock! I sooooooooooooooooo remember watching the original video for "Hooked On You" from my abuelas TV, straight outta the Soundview Projects (BX), circa 1986! I wasn't even 10 years old. Back then that shit was huge! At the time it was like the soundtrack of NY!

"My Body, Tu Cuerpo" is the shit! I love the disco hook/sample used.....Hope to see you in Boston at some point.

Good Friggin' Interview!!

Wow, that really was an awesome interview. I've always loved Betty and Sweet Sensation they were damn hott I hold them in the same regard as The Cover Girls and Expose. Very informative and just well done lol, hat's off to Chuck D.

Scott That is awesome!! I love Steve Augeri also, not as much as Steve Perry who I adore but the new Steve can hold his own I must say. Loved the Arrival album, don't know anyone who can rock a guitar riff like Mr Neal Schon!!

O...M...G... I started digging through my dressers for the shirt, when I came across a long-forgotten "gem": beach towel with their logo, circa 1983! 😱

My computer camera is acting up right now, but I'll TRY to get a pic up some time before Friday's road trip, both the towel and shirt... :cool

I will offer my compliments as well to Chuck D for some great questions! I think U covered a lot of ground.

As for Betty Dee! I learned a whole lot about Sweet Temptation's...er...Sensation's history 🙂 I, for one, am truly happy to have U back on the scene! God bless & keep 'em churnin'!
