i came across a cd that has a 7:43 version of noel's silent morning and its totally different. the album was called
Boogie on Broadway: Best of 4th & Broadway
1990
was this version made specially for the album, or does it exist anywhere else, ie a remix 12" or something, a promo maybe?

no i didnt buy it yet, cuz i dont really like comps especially for just one song. so if there was an actual noel release on whatever format with the version then id rather have that.
although it does also have a pam russo song on it, but its a little more on the dance-y side.
 
oh candylandgirl i think we had once discussed me selling you my sealed nolan thomas lp. well after having it in my possession for over 6 months, i finally decided to crack it open. i had heard too white in a record shop and hadnt heard that since i was like 10 y.o. but remembered it vividly. although i didnt know that song was by nolan thomas. and i think the album version is the same as the 12" version + theres another dope track on it, so i decided to keep it. sorry hon.

Wow that is interesting...I've never heard it before, I would like to hear it. Hopefully it won't be hard to find and that they will have it in HMV or J&R Music World.
 
Thats ok. I got the Nolan Thomas LP on ebay also sealed plus a free 12" for "Yo Little Brother" it made my day. But Thanx 😉

I have a 7 min version of Silent Morning but its basically the same thing, only the intro is longer and the ending has that mix you hear at the end of his video... I met him once at copa.. he seemed cool..
