Need Help finding the Artist to this Song "TIME" (from '81-'82)?

Hi All,

I'm looking to find the artist name of this song (it came out around 1981-82) and the name of it is: TIME or It's TIME.


I can only remember bits and pieces of the lyrics, since it's been so long when I last heard it (so here it goes).......


It's starts off by going: "tick, tock, tick, tocK, when there a heart there is desire....I'm telling you it's TIME,,,,da,,,da,,,
TIME,,,,da,,,da,,,da,,,da,,,TIME (get up).

That's about all I can remember??
