Oh my God my back is killing me I hate when it bothers me like this ever since I had my son my back has never been the same hell ever since I was prego and today it really sucks :uzi

No its not even crackin it cause i do that myself its just the area where i got the Epidural bothers me and it travels so it really bothers me not to mention Tavian is heavy as hell lol

Lol...I get a sore back cuz of and accident I had a few years ago...cracking helps...but I also get pains from a spinal tap I had done when I was 11 and it still hurts!!! the best thing for that is a massage 🙂
 
Maybe you have a pinched nerve...those hurt like hell...I have one...it really hurts...the pain runs down to my ankle!!!
 
Chiropractor??? Why the hassel I just get my brother to do it for me or a friend saves time, money and patience

I feel you mama my back had a sunburn from the beach this weekend y cono que caliente estabas and my face too and right now I look like a strawberry meng i don't like it lol.

lmao is not that bad though luckly is just that i was talking and then i felt it i was like aw damn im gonna get a sunburn shit and I did put sun lotion to mind u but that didn't work lol it was hotter then hell like about 93 degeress out it hasnt been that hot like last year but I can't complain because the water was perfect.
