I for one truly believe that he was not guilty.. As stated before in 1 of my posts, I dont see how a "father" would molest other children..Michael has his issues but that doesnt necessarily mean he's a bad person.. The people that bought on the allegations were real scum buckets.. they not only were trying to get to MJ for his $$ but supposedly also were frauding the welfare.. What kinda people are these? Im glad Michael is free.. the radio statons have been cranking his music all afternoon since the anouncement was made! I was jammin on the way home today!! Woo HOOOO!!

The thing people have to remember is they had no "concrete" evidence that he molested any child. I could see if they had his sperm on a child's underwears........ by all means, lock him up and throw away the key.
 
Exactly! I dont think that he "got off" like everybody says.. I think that there was NO proof that he did anything "sexual" to them..and therefore he shouldnt be convicted just because people have issues w him being not so normal..

before anyone here was born this dood had already beaten motown.

Motown which in 1960 to 1972 owned the urban music world. this guy had already went to court

and won a few a rounds. this dood had gone to court in the early 70's for something no

one went to court for domestic violence etc,. this dood went to court in 75 or 80 for the

jackson 5.

then he went to court you guys forget with pepsi in 85 or so. then he went to court again

to sue motown in 85 to use jackson 5 on his tour.

he got to use the jacksons.

then now like everybody else in this society who just discovered the legal system yesterday llloll,

they thought they were gonna take this lion of the court system into court.

a guy who knows the legal system better than we think we have to admit that now?


this new generation thought they were gonna school and old school guy. and

they got burned head to toe. by a guy who lets face it knows the court room !!

he fired who he needed to fire. and ran the case more or less.

thats why i knew from the beg he would win.

cuase i said hold on this dood toook mighty motown to court and won. his family and pepsi. and the jackson 5.

and i dont think anyone loooked that far back?

It's how come a child and a mom were not belived hands down?

cuase the american family. moms and children have lost credibility.

the bottom line is 20 years ago. this guy would be in a prision. everyone here would

of been up in arms. but 20 yrs later. that a jury was not sure to belive a 45 yr old man
or a 15 yr old kid. about molestation. when you had evidence from here to france.

what does that tell you about the state of children today. the jury just told you that children today. are just not belived. and that there innocence. does not exist anymore.

If this kids mother didnt try to scam ppl out of money everytime she turned around and if she didnt use her kids as pawns then he would have been convicted. Her having no credibility is what set this man free. It really is a shame especially if this kid really was molested.
 
So I guess what everyone in here is saying is that MJ was guilty.. Whatever happened to "not guilty until proven so"? What if its not proven? Then what? U're still guilty?
