I'm writing this thread literally half "dead". Please excuse me if some things don't make sense but I will try not to leave anything out.

First of all, I want to thank everyone here for your good wishes and prayers. I say it all the time and will say it again, "I love you guys for being so genuine and supportive. You're ALWAYS there."

Now, Jillian aka "Lilmsboop" had a very long and bad labor. Her labor began Sunday evening and wasn't able to sleep Sunday night or Monday night. We took her to the hospital yesterday morning at around 10:30am and it was a very SLOW, SLOW process. As you know from the first thread, she gave in to an epidural. So she was way too comfortable for too many hours. Then they had to break her water. But last night around 8pm, she started to get a fever of 102. This was a sign of an infection to them. She came very, very close to a c-section but I was there to hold one leg while the nurse held the other leg. My son helped lift her a bit to a crunching position. And we just all encouraged her loudly to keep pushing and don't stop. She was very weak. She was very exhausted. She was hot with the fever. Then I started to lie to her to tell her that I saw the babys head and now was the time for her to find that strength and don't give up. I looked at her and told her "your baby is right there. You can do this. Let her out Jill." And finally after 1 1/2 hours of pushing, her little girl was born. The baby's breathing had them very concerned where they called a "code" over the hospital intercom. They managed to rub her and get her to cry and she got her pink color but she wasn't crying consistently enough for them. I saw the concern on their faces but I didn't want to alarm Jillian. The pediatricians from ICU came down to examine her very quickly. They told us the baby wouldn't be in the regular nursery because they want to observe her and run test to make sure she doesn't have an infection and that she wasn't getting fever. However, I heard both the peds doctors talking about her breathing in their medical lingo.

So, I don't have anymore of an update yet.........I still have this excruciating headache and trying to have coffee and advils to get rid of it. I need to check on both of my babies, Jillian and Anyssa. Please give us a little extra prayer for Little Anyssa. And another one for Jillian to recover quickly. And thank you sooooo much for your concerns, good wishes and prayers once again.

Thank you to all. You guys are the best. You make me feel good and confident. The baby is on a heart monitor and IV feeding her antibiotics. Jillian doesn't have anymore fever. And my son (Daddy) is hanging in there. He's in love with his daughter and ready to go to the hospital. Thanks for asking about him too.

More to come later...........Thanks for the prayers.

Thank you everybody. I just got in from the hospital and Jillian was in good spirits. Sore but doing good. 🙂 As for the baby, Anyssa, I went to see her in ICU and held her. Her little tiny hand has an IV connected to it and a heart monitor too. 🙁 But I was talking to her and she had her eyes open listening. She's so adorable. And then she smiled twice. That took my heart. I told her she was going to be okay and come home soon. Then I spoke to her doctor and the doctor said that she's doing really well. She's healthy. They're just waiting for all test results to come back and if all is negative, she'll be coming home Thursday with Jillian. If a test should come back positive then she'll stay in ICU so they can give her the necessary antibiotics. But I was content seeing her wide awake and so quiet. My son was just falling in love with his daughter.
