Apparently, in the early 90's he was supposed to get his own recording deal from the record company for a solo album, but it fell through. It was just around the time freestyle started dying and the label decided to drop him. 🙁

I bought my copy yesterday...

I bought my copy yesterday at Borders. It is AMAZING!!! To be honest, the only songs I knew of Shannon's were "Let The Music Play", "Give Me Tonight", and "My Heart's Divided". This collection shows her talent and versatility well. I especially love "Sweet Somebody" and "Stronger Together". That last song reminds me of "Breakin' 2-Electric Boogaloo". Hahaha. This is an amazing compilation that I would suggest for anyone to buy! Pick it up today!
