Hey I got the honor of interviewing Johnny O :johnnyo yesterday on the phone. Let me tell you, this man is one of the nicest down to earth artists I have ever met. I will be airing the interview on my show on Friday night (3/29). Tune into www.1067jamz.com to listen live. You'll hear us talking about his new album, his tour, an updated version of Fantasy Girl w/ a new verse (which he sings a lil over the phone), how I'm gonna join him on his tour 😛 and his visit to San Antonio soon!!!

Well we don't actually give out the date because it's part of something bigger and better. I can't say just yet, but everyone will be notified here w/in the next week or so!
 
San Antonio will be packed that day, I better be sure to get a jump start, lol 😛

WOW that is awesome Rene! Unfortunately I won't be home Friday night. Would there be any way to get a copy of that airing or if it will be re-aired?

The guy is definately one of the collest around. I love the way he keeps stopping in the after hours chat on Sundays to hang with us! I wish him nothing but the absolute best!

I'll probably have a copy of it on tape because, to be honest w/ you I'm gonna be in New Mexico this weekend doing a grand opening of a club out there, so I won't be on the radio this weekend. That's one of the reasons we pre-recorded the interview. I'll let you know as soon as I get a copy of it on tape/cd.
