I had a GREAT time!!!
I hadn't been there in almost 10yrs, but it was great!
I saw things I never saw when I had gone before, & revisited old sites again.
Saw my family on both sides. They're all ova da place, but mainly Dad's side are from Juncos & Caguas, & mom's side is from Guayama & Salinas.
aka: "Las Brujas de Guayama"-("The Witches of Guayama")
I went everywhere!
To the Caves of Camuy, The Yunque (Rainforest), the beaches, the clubs, (they asked I perform next time I come - yay!), the eyecandy, & of course the fabulous traditional food & desserts! 🙂
Driving to the Yunque, I was listening to India's salsa song "Seducé Mé", & when I took the CD out, the radio was playing "Dancing On The Fire"! I was like: Aww Sh*at!
The only thing I really missed that I still havent gone too, is the Casa Bacardi Rum Distillery / museum.
But it was a great trip. I cant wait to go again! 🙂
What part of P.R. are you or your family from?
Lemme find out we related! - LOL.
