Hey, K...welcome to the site!

I have always and will continue to support not only the Freestyle Movement, but the personalities that shaped the industry as well. As a radio personality, I have met dozens of artists. In many cases, those artists and I have become personal friends. I will always support those who want to progress and explore new endeavors. For that reason, when George Lamond, Luis Damon, etc. ventured into the Latin music market, I did the same. My show became Freestyle and Latin Rhythm. When K7 became a little more than "just a freestyle group", I went with the flow, interviewing Kayel and programming K7 music even if it wasn't blatantly Freestyle. I even interviewed Angel "Love" and spoke of his "Good Fellas" project and played "A Clan" music. All because of the people involved.

The personalities are what matters. I can show you playlists of me playing Shana Petrone's country tracks. Why? Because I met her as a 17 year old Visions recording artist who hit with "I Want You". She and her family were great to me. Should I abandon the friendship because she went country?

Brenda K. Starr because she went Salsa?
Nelson Cruz because he did House?
Johnny O because he became a minister?
Clubfreestyle members because sometimes they log on to other sites?

I think you get my point.

Kayel, Tony, Angel, Tybless and the rest will always get my support...now when are the Heavy Metal remixes coming out? I can't wait to play them on my next radio broadcast.

...Micheal Jordan because he's now a Wizard?

Enough, already!

LMAO, "Ladies and Gentlemen, your President has now spoken." Comments are invited. "Lets get CNN, NBC all in here for your comments about the presidents speech." lol.

Well Kayel and the rest of the group, personally, I've been a real long time fan of yours. I have liked every track that youve put out. Youve even made me accept all the other songs that werent too popular when I got tired of the hits. lol. It's great to see you guys coming back again and I hope we are to see more of you after the "forever" promotions through! You guys have come a long way and I totally understand the pressures and balances of the music industry and I admire you for that. You devote your time once again to us fans again. Words can really hurt an artist. not mentally but physincally in a sense that record execs see this and will take there measures in destroying an artist contract to get whatever is good for their interest. That's why ive been a "kiss ass" to you guys for so long. lol. I'm totally devoted to you. You guys represent us Puertoriccans from Harlem. lol. Its hard. It really is. I think its just wonderful that you guys have finally come back after so long. We appreciate you taking your time to talk to us and we hope you guys seriously blow out into mainstream once again!! Let's keep this Spanish Pop revolution goin'. Latin Hip Hop/Dance style!!! Word!!! To Be Cont'd!!

I for one don't know why people have ragged on TKA. I am glad they are back! I will support them with whatever music they make. I love everything that I have heard from them. Obviously alot of old and new fans are there for them in Chicago since they have had and are still getting radio airplay at Energy 92.7/5 with Feel the Music. Can't wait to get the new CD tomorrow!

Kayel..ive been a fan of TKA since 1986..and never stopped listening to your music....when you mentioned being left with nothing but memories and desires..i guess that is what alot of freestyle fans today have been left with,,that is the memories of freestlye in its heyday and the desire to have those days back again ..when it is in the mainstream and the music that we kove can be heard by everyone and not just some "fanatics" that are holding on to the past... when i first heard FEEL THE MUSIC.. ill admit i was dissapointed...i had no idea where you guys were coming from with it... and i was mad...i was like man TKA is selling out and there just gonna put out some bullsh%$#t album and thats it there gonna fade away again..the main reason i felt that dissapointment was that back in the days of infancy of freestyle..you guys were one of the main groups which nurtured it and made it grow...you were a part of the "spearhead" of freestyle the best of the best..and i thought you were going out like some other people from that time...recently alot of freesyle artist have tried to make comebacks by only rehashing thier old hits and making remake after remake..we had 2001 version of this and 2001 version of that..well any way i thought that you guys were going to wind up doing the same thing and was expecting FOREVER to have things like LOUDER THAN LOVE 2001 or MARIA 2001 but im glad i was wrong...im glad that you have not insulted our intelligence and not tried to ram some recycled songs down our throats ...ive heard since that time alot of the other songs and i see now that youve created a new type of freestyle that can set an example for others to follow just like the first time around...that new ideas are good and can work...you guys are one of the true pioneers and i wish you much success on the album....and to all the other pioneers and new artist..get back in the studio and reinvent..like TKA has done...were tired of the remakes and we deserve better...thank you...peace..god bless😀

Word Teazee

Teazee, that is so true,,,about other freestyle singers doing remakes, and not giving us new material, I personally dont like remakes. but anyways, Mad props to K7 and Tybless and TKA, for coming back reinventing themselves, w/ different twist, I will buy the album and blast it till my speakers blow up....AND TO THE HATERS VH1 WILL BE DOING A SHOW ON "WHERE ARE THE HATERS NOW"..........I HOPE TO GOD THIS ALBUM GOES PLATINUM...............................GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS......

Where are the 'haters' now? TKA has always been thee group for me as i started as a dj way back when...till this date i have the groups singles *not autographed yet, but hoping soon i will* yup i said i didnt like their new single "feel the music" before but, does that make me a 'hater' nope. but after listening to the single a couple of times it's cool single...I've bought the album, it's thumbs up y'all..if no one hasnt BOUGHT it yet, what are u waiting for? just the other day i 'copped' the vinyl single 'Feel the music' at the VIRGIN MEGA STORE on 45th street, Times Square. it's time to show some support and stop the yappin'. Yo man, just to let you know. I haven't read ANY interview, post, or heard any MP3 of any of the TKA stuff at all.

I will judge The Final produced with my ears, and my eyes. Even these post above I haven't read.

Good Luck with your Street date.

HEARING TKA TALK ON THE RADIO JUST NOW, I AGREE. IT'S NOT FREESTYLE, IT'S NOT HOUSE, IT'S NOT CLUB, POP. IT DOESN'T TARGET A GENRE, THE MUSIC; ALBUM, IS CATERGORIZED AS TKA.

To K7,TONY,ANGEL and TYBLESS

LOTS OF LUCK TODAY ON THE NEW ALBUM. SORRY I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE IOT TO HMV BUT I KNOW THAT YOU WILL TEAR IT DOWN AND FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE I HOPE THAT YOU WILL GO OUT AND REPRESENT FOR MY BOYS TKA. ITS BEEN A MINUTE BUT THEY ARE BACK AND THE NEW ALBUM IS BANGING.LETS MAKE BETTER THAN THE REST THE NEXT SINGLE.

Along time ago I posted these comments, "Music evolves, it will never be 1989 or 1990 again." Heard the CD, all that matters to me is that I was feeling it. TKA is getting love from people that enjoy music, the haters will always be the ones that wish it was the past, tehy can't move forward and evolve. TKA do your thing, but remember haters make you stronger.

hey tka, wutup guys!!!

hey kayel

this is steve b from cf. i just put my order in for "forever".

All i want to say to you guys is you wont always be able to please everyone, so just do what is in your hearts.

I was talkin to tony out in the limo behind backdrafts 2 weeks ago, and i told him that you guys gettin back together has meant so much to so many people.

Just believe in yourselves. If everyone with a dream in this world listened to the haters and the doubters, then the world would be a real boring place!!!
TKA 4evr
later guys steve b

delicious d

thank u 4 the guts to continue 2 hate through it all.papa aren,t u an artist an aren,t artist suppose to have open minds? do you have a personal gripe ? we [tka] can,t be all things to all freestyle people all we can be is who we are. now if u don,t like that then u have a major problem one that this site can,t cure for u. look dude i,ll give you a free copy of forever just to calm you down so that you won,t have to spend your penny,s .though i respect your ganster .i would really like to hear some of your music to see if your sound will make the difference so that freestyle can prevail .i,m in no way saying that tka will do that but if your going to b.s .then put up or shut up..get at me ..we need a resolution at whatever cost..... ps. thank u for posting .....what is is .......k7

was this post that bad???? or were u speaking to someone else???

is d an artist????

heh?

I didnt think D meant any thing towards TKA...atleast that's what i thought, when i read his post the first time I got the vibe that instead of reading the negative posts towards the T the K and the A, he rather listen to the tracks himself and see for himself on how the album is... *I'm not takin' any sides, just thought someone would do the same for me IF my post was taken out of context*
then again, maybe i should mind my bizzo's...lol. peaceouttie,

I think what Delicious D is saying is.. he will make his decision when he listens to the album for himself.
