So for do you like you X-mas tree? Real or fake?

I'm quite happy with a nice fake tree. I so hate stepping on pine needles and there's no need to water them. my dad used to do the most beautiful Chritmas tree. There was no particular theme, but every ornament had it's memories.

Same here Chuckie!!! I have the worst allergies, and with the fake trees you can put so many more decorations on them, not likr those wimpy real trees when you put an ornament on and half the branch breaks off.
 
used to do real.. but after paretns split my mom invester is a nice fake one.
 
I love the way a real live tree smells but It's too messy and it's a fire hazard if you don't keep it watered. So fake tree is alot better for me.
 
since i was a little girl, we always had a real tree. i kept that tradition going with my family up until 2 years ago. they are just too much work!! i invested in a gorgeous fake one with 1000 lights. i love it. MCB, i know what you mean about the smell...its real nice. i solve that problem by buying myself a few real wreaths to hang in the house. that way, i still have the real xmas tree smell, but no messy pine needles everywhere.
I also love being able to keep it up longer since it can't die!! :lol
 
To get that "pine" scent, my brother buys those stupid scented trees that hang from your rear view mirror in your car, and he hangs them in the tree.

Fake ones are the best...their way cheaper, and you can use them over and over....trees, that is. :rasta
 
I like the fake ones cause then you just stuff it in the box after the holidays. LOL But the last 8 years or so, my mom's been on a real tree kick, so we've been getting a real one. Yeah the pine needles are a pain in the arse, and the minute you take it out of the water to throw it out, there's an endless trail of needles. I swear it'll be Easter time and I'll still find em! LOL
 
Fake! Doesn't stink the house, doesnt fall off as much..and easier to discard. 😀
