i believe stevie b did indeed garner 3 platinum albums.

it would've been great to see more freestyle artists get at least gold status and im certain the more successful freestyle artist to crossover to top 40 came very close. im sure if you combine album sales & single sales im sure some artist have gone over a million sales(and more) in their recording lifetime. Way in the beginning of freestyle it was no surprise if a single sold anyway between 50,000 to 150,000 copies depending on song and artist, and that was sales based solely on club airplay, before radio began to play freestyle. k7 or any other artist, please correct me if im wrong.

FYI.... gold and platinum sales vary from country to country. example; in the us gold is consider sales of 500,000, while in another country gold is consider sales of 250,000 and platinum is consider sales of 500,000. Even sales of 50,000 is consider gold in some places.

at the time gold was 1000,000 records
so i don't know what proof you got but stevie did not go gold with any of the singles you mentioned only his ballad "because i love you"
stevie could have come close but no and i got it from the horses mouth
seduction =not any freestyle cut
k7 = not a freestyle cut just a freestyle b side

When i started the thread i meant albums. Kay, you might wanna do some research on the web but trust me Stevie b has three platinum albums, theirs also proof on his Greatest Hits album it says there on the mini bio. Also on the Arsenio Hall show back in the day that I have recorded, he said that all those three albums that I have listed above have sold more that 1 million copies each and that those albums each went platinum. There's much more resources that say the same.
 
Freestyle demon is right, I myself have a couple of interviews on freestyle artists, and I know Stevie B has gone platinum on the albums that were mentioned. There is also alot of proof out there about this.
 
K7 you may have to speak for your self, cuase i don't know much about other artists but i do know for a fact that stevie b is a multi platinum recording artist. He writes, produce and sings his own songs and with all do respect, but thats what makes him THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME IN FREESTYLE MUSIC hands down.
