I could not believe they are playing a nonstop freestyle mix during the lunchhour on this HIP HOP station!!

cover girls, giggles, nocera, joyce syms and more - i had to do a double take!!

Cool, that's what DC hip hop WPGC does on their Lunchtime mix, they play lots of freestyle, dance and songs by Hall and Oats, Phil Collins and Madonna, stuff they used to play in the late 80's!!

I think that mix was in honor of the Puerto Rican day parade that's what they said...Otherwise it's pretty rare to hear any freestyle in the Hot 97 lunchtime mixes except for the occasional Lisa Lisa or Strafe or something that's more of an urban-centric freestyle track
