Hello everyone I am here at home sleepless, Haven't been able to sleep my back is killing me, it just keeps getting worse my frame aint use to all this weight so its murder on my back and my Tiny is growing so imagine how I feel, looking like a Tella Tubby with insomnia I tried the hot water bottle thing, the pillows aside from a massage nuffin helps lol.

Any way its ugly out and cold its sleepy time lol 😀

it's a little chilly out here also. just got back home and ready to get under the covers! mama girl I know what you mean about a small frame carrying so much weight. I went through it TWICE!..lolol

you should sleep with a body pillow. it helps your back. tuck it between your legs and lay on your side.
