Cheryl, the song you're talking about is "Isaac - In My Heart". It can be found on "Best of Freestyle File vol 1". It is also featured on an import title called Freestyle Frenzy Vol 4.

There's also a remake of the song done by Willie Valentin. This version is featured on Bad Boy Joe's Freestyle Megamix Volume 3 - the New Generation Bonus cd.
