Yesterday I heard the News.
Sadness I felt to know that you were no more.
Your life was takin away in a flash without a warning,
not giving you the chance to say Good bye.
To see my children shed tears for someone they loved so much tore me apart.
To see your son lose the only other person he loved pained my heart.
God knows you were far from perfect
but to them you meant the world.
You never got the chance to see them for one last time
To tell them you loved them as they loved you.
I'm sorry Pops that you aren't here anymore.
I'm sorry that you are gone.
Sometimes we sit and question why and no one holds the answer.
All I know is that you will be missed.
May God rest your soul.
I for one will miss you greatly.
You were a major part of my family's world.
