If you want more Freestyle in the Clubs around your way, Post the names of the clubs you know that are currently playing some Freestyle, Booking Freestyle Acts, or at least have any local radio station support in playing either New or Old School freestyle in their rotation... Also if you have any additional information such as Address, Promotors, or any other info you think may help some of us on the Buisness end of things get Freestyle OUT TO YOU!

🙂 It would be great to post the names and locations of the clubs that are supporting freestyle! I want to know if there's any clubs, other than in my town that I can visit and hear freestyle!

OK, here's mine: BocaJoes in the Lehigh Valley, Pa (near DorneyPark & Wildwater Kingdom Amusement Park) has "Freestyle Friday" nights!

The DJ's spin a variety of music, including freestyle, on both sides of the club (Flashbacks is the other side). The Bocajoes side also has live freestyle events on some Friday nights (since the new owners took over the place).

Last night Lisette Melendez rocked the house, and if you look in the CF calender, TKA is in the house on Friday, Aug. 31st! Who's joining me for an awesome night of freestyle and TKAAAAAAA???

i would love to help out but philly dose not have many clubs that play freestyle and the radio dose not play it either but we do have record stores that love it and carry freestyle

Yo, speak to Tony Monaco i know you know who he is..................he can give you all the information needed for the clubs & radio that plays freestyle.............Maybe you two guys bring more freestyle to the Toronto Population................Tony Monaco is big in the freestyle community in Toronto, so his information would be valuable to compilling your list..........if you guys are looking towards Canada as gathering this info.........................lets do it and bring freestyle back to radio and the clubs............yeah
 
here in nashville theres a radio station that plays its now!! for im founding out more and more its 88.1 on fridays from 1-3pm...peace juan v!!!

not that i know there are no clubs that play it i tried to promote freestyle to nashvilles biggest club and they denied it!.and the name of the show host is rigo email me at revok976@aol.com and i will give you his email addy plus some more info on the show thanx.....juan villarreal
 
in Orlando, FL ...

Palladium International ( 7430 Universal Blvd. Orlando, Fla. 32819. Ph: 407-248-0098) ... usually have freestyle performances on friday nights once a month or so, mostly the same artists though, the last concert was 08/03/01

Club Wazoo (4566 So. Semoran Blvd / 407.277.3322) .. i havent heard of any performances there but they have Freestyle Nights on Thursdays.

www.953party.com ... basically only station that plays some freestyle here in orlando and dey usually have concert info with ticket giveaways when there's a concert going on.

Thanks for the info... I have done several shows there with a few artist such as Noel, Soave, Tonasia, L. Melendez, Cynthia...etc... The place kicks when they have a good lineup... But I'll look into the other club on Monday...

Hi Ya Joe!

Does anyone know if the club Chrome in Philly down by the waterfront continued with their Freestyle nights (was it Friday or Sunday?) after the big Freestyle Rush show?

Their DJ was doing a good job spinning freestyle when the acts weren't onstage, and the club kept announcing to come back and visit them for their freestyle nights.

Did anyone have a chance to go back there? They ran a good show that night, and the club staff was nice.

And what about Egypt, Shampoo, and Polly Esther's? Polly Esthers should have freestyle, they cater to an 80's crowd I heard. Lots of clubs listed on the website Hotclubs( I think its.net or.org)
 
from what i looked up on the net the only club that says they have freestyle is chrome as for the others no because the worst radio station in philly dose a wannabe club show it should be called rap 102 from egypt night club
 
Owen, yea i remember those ppl being down here before .. especially noel being here a lot. i saw him twice, havent gotten da chance to catch cynthia, lissette, tonasia, or soave though .. da last concert that was here at palladium wasnt as pack as usual so hopefully they'll bring a more variety of performers next time to get it pack again! 🙂
 
Energy 92.7/5 in Chicago. Their number is 877-927-5477. They need to play freestyle mixes by current Freestyle artists instead of always playing the house mix. They do play old school Freestyle! They have been around since January I believe.
