The clouds begin to gather and spin. Red Lightning begins to strike . Then with a wave of a hand, Lord Dhuckc opens a portal surrounded by a circle of blue hellfire.

Nyasia and 8th Sin transport Jade inside the portal. Krystal and Bassy help the wounded through. Destiny stands by the opening with the remote detonator.

Destiny: ROCKER, WE'RE READY!!!!

ROGER THAT!!! ALL UNITS, ALL UNITS COLLAPSE INTO THE PORTAL, ANGELA, STAY WITH ME!!!!

Destiny: Got it Rocker.

K7 stands guard protecting Lord Dhuckc from harm. Lord Dhuckc slowly begins bleeding from his eyes and hands

The effort to get back to the portal is furious. The night sky is bright with fire. Loud Cannons fire at the Vampires attempting to escape. A steady wave of bullets stream the air. The end is near............

General Thompson views what's going on in pure shock. As do all the commanders in this battle. It almost feels like armageddon.

General Thompson: What the hell is that!!! Someone get the F-16's here and close whatever that is!!!

Major Hailey: Sir the F-16's are on the way.


We get closer to the portal. I see Lord Dhuckc ready to collapse and I catch him. He's barely alive. I carry him close to the portal opening and near Angela.

Angela: Is he okay!!!!!

Rocker: Barely!!! Destiny!!

Destiny: Yes!!!

Rocker: BLOW IT!!!

With one press of a button Destiny sends a huge shock wave that levels the area. All humans including General Thompson are instantly destroyed. We are thrown into the portal and whirl down subspace. It almost feels like a dream, we fal and fall, and fall into this white light. When we arise, we are at the airport. As we fall I see all the vampire laid out everywhere. The trip makes you weak, groggy. We were a massive force, now there are barely anyone left. The shuttles arrived and the passengers are already making their way to Europe. As I rise from the floor and I run to Lord Dhuckc I see that he did not survive. Lord Dhuckc is dead.

(Holdin Dhuckc in his arms)

Rocker: (closing Dhuckc's eyes) Goodbye old friend.

Nyasia: Oh no.

Angela: He died to save us.

Destiny: Thank You Lord Dhuckc.

I carry his fallen body to the plane and will bury him in his native Ireland in a Druid Burial Ground. We all walk toward the Jet Plane. I notice some of us are missing.

Rocker: Where's 8th and Jade?

Krystal: 8th took off carrying Jade.

Angela: Where's K7?

Krystal: He didn't make it out of the portal.

Nyasia: What?

Destiny: Those portals have multiple openings, he can be anywhere.

Rocker: We can't worry about him, lets go. We have a long journey back home.

We board the planes and get ready to take off. There are no windows on the planes. I sit in a corner next to my fallen friend, wondering about life. Worried to death about Mary. I see my fellow Vampires around me, tired, worn. We have fought some battles, seen wars that have no end. Just to wonder of there will be another day. I glance over at Angela and she offers a small smile. Nyasia just looks at me , sighs and gives me a thumbs up. A small tear leaves my eyes, a tear of sadness, a tear of relief, a tear that was long overdue. Because for the first time in a long time, the Vampire will cry. But he cries in thanks that he and his sisters can see another day.
