The only thing that will truly kill Freestyle is the unneccesary drama that lies with in.

You people need to live your lives and let them live theirs. They don't owe you anything.

And this bullshit with Old Skool vs. New Skool is all new to me- and it's stupid. You people love to hype shit up.

And you call yourself devoted Freestyle fans? Hah.

Kayel doesn't owe anyone an explanation.

well i remember being at wild palm and seeing clear touch up on stage k.c had said, one of the coolest things that till this day that when i think of it, it was so cool of him of sayin that and i quote "we need to pass the mics to the nu skool of today so they can continue the legacy" and with that said and done u can see that there are even the old skool singers that back up the nu skool cuz im sure u have seen some of ur fav's being present at the shows whether if it was a nu skool performance or not but u saw them there showin their support to let ppl know that regardless if ur fav singer or group is quitting it doesnt stop there nahmean?

and since tka is the topic that ppl are talkin about nowadays well i guess we just gonna have to wait what kay has to say about the breakup cuz i for one am a fan and im very interested in hearing what was the whole scoop to this ending and i dont care what anyone says i feel that kay needs to shed some light to his tru fans to this confusion cuz i wanna get an explanation shit part of my money went into his pockets just like urs so u damn right i wanna know whats up? and instead of these come mierdas comin in here talking about old skool this, nu skool that like if there was some division in this yo freestyle is freestyle they all doing it for the love of it so what the fuk u sayin that some of us are not loyal fans? u bring ur negative feedback here tryin to start some bullshit that probably u cant back it up in person and yo seriously i tell u leave that mierda for urself just bcuz u lost ur hope in this doesnt mean the rest did also aight!

now what we need to ask ourselves is this...whos next on line? whos gonna continue makin some noise out there? who are we gonna support now? well we need to look at the cards from what we all know we got nu image(the new tka of the 21st century) comin out in feb with a new album, we got willie v. always doing somethin, manny, nyasia workin on new material, cynthia, johnny o, coro etc etc just to give ya some examples now i would love if these ppl came out with videos cuz ima video freak knowin that it cost money but still a video can open many doors for an artist but is not only that we can use our voices to knock on doors and let the media know whats goin on cuz did any of us stop supporting coro's new song on the radio or whoever i certainly hope not so regardless of whos comin out lets all be a 100% supportive and lets try to make freestyle what it is cuz this music is here to stay!
 
Kay has asked me to let you know, that in 3-4 days...as he resumes back
into business, he will be able to come in here personally and post his
comments on the situation. He expressed to me that Unless you hear
directly from Tony, George, or Kay, no one could really give you an answer
to something that is private among the 3 of them. anything else you hear,
is merely speculation. For now, this is what he had to say:

expectations too high and its sad to say, we were not able to fulfill

support Tony...he is an incredible person, and a great motivator...please
continue to support George..he's an incredible vocal arranger, songwriter, singer!

each one of these guyz, and every single one of the people that have been
members of TKA have their own entities..not any of them has ever!!!!!!been
replaced by anyone..(some have just moved on)everyone has contributed in
their own way, with their own personal talents...no one gets replaced, the
group has simply ivolved and continued with the memories of all the songs
we've grown to love...

again, i'd like to apologize for not having a formal farewell for the fans..but we
didnt want to make a Big deal, becuase you were able get us back together
in 2000 & it was too sad for us to go through that, after the overwhelming
welcome you gave us when we came back that time..

last but not least, i would like to say, that it has been an honor & priviledge to
have worked with Tony all these years, and George this past year, we are still
friends & I love & respect the two of them very much.

The reason why TKA was important to "New School Freestyle" is simple. We all know that radio chooses not to play this format. TKA though had the potential with their new album (that never has been released) blow some life into this genre and hopefully some DJs could of given the songs spins and possibly build up a demand in clubs and so on and hopefully could of presuaded some of the pogram directors to get those songs in some type of rotation. Without freestyle acts such as TKA, Stevie B, George Lamond, and any of the "Old School" acts that were proven in the main stream, it will be near impossible for "New School" acts to pave the road of freestyle into the main stream once again and make it viableable for freestyle to survive. :tka

Wow..This News Is Upsetting, but As A Fan Of TKA For So Many Years, I Can Honestly Say They Are True Artist And Each Have Contributed To Music, Their Talent And Professionalism..so U Know I Wont Say Good bye,its The New Year..I'll Say.."Until Your Next Project..cause I Know U Guys Will Be Back As Individual Artist/songwriters/producers..fo Sho..talent Like This Isn't Found Much Anymore.. 😉 AND I'M PROUD TO SAY, THAT I AM A HUGE SUPPORTER OF THE NEW GENERATION OF FS ARTIST..KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. 😉
 
OK..........so TKA is on more. We can deal with that and move on. BUT..........what about the songs that have been recorded.....as fans don't we atleast deserve to hear the new material......HELL release a cd, if it takes off them maybe TKA will make another rebirth.........either way we just may get a WHOLE cd from TKA that is freestyle and now house music.
